Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Cleo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agencies, and their immediate household family members are not eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, add your favourite Cleo items to your Wishlist and complete the official entry form at cleo.ca.
All entries become the property of Cleo and will not be returned.
Cleo will never request credit card or sensitive financial information as part of the contest entry process.
By submitting your entry, you agree to receive promotional email and SMS communications from Cleo. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The prize consists of one (1) Cleo gift card valued at $500 CAD.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw after the contest closes on December 15, 2025.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification & Prize Claim
The selected entrant will be contacted by email and must:
• respond within 5 days
• correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question
• sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within 21 days
Failure to meet all requirements will result in disqualification and an alternate entrant may be selected.
Additional Terms
By entering, you agree to all Official Contest Rules and release Cleo, its partners, employees, and agents from any liability related to the contest or prize.
If selected as the winner, you consent to Cleo using your name, city, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Cleo is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technical failures of any kind. Cleo reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend this contest if required.
Quebec
Residents of Quebec: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
