How do I track my order?
Normally, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and have it on its way to you. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number. If your package is being delivered to a street address, you can use this number to track the progression of your delivery via Canada Post.
If you’ve selected to have your package delivered to a Ricki’s store location for pick up, your package will be delivered and tracked by Purolator Courier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been placed online, it can’t be cancelled or changed as we begin to process your order immediately to get it to you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return to your nearest store – Easy, fast, and instantly receive your refund.
Online orders may be returned to any Ricki’s or Cleo store location with the order slip, e-receipt, and one piece of government-issued photo ID.
For returns received within 30 days of the order date, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment or a gift card if requested.
Exclusions:
Earrings, bodysuits, shapewear, and clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in .77 are not returnable. Shipping fees and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Online orders can also be returned by mail.
Returns may be shipped via a courier of your choice to the appropriate store location listed below, based on your province or territory. Please include your packing slip or order number.
Return shipping fees and postage are the customer’s responsibility.

What is needed to pick up a Ship to Store order?
For the security of your purchase, a government-issued photo ID must be presented at the store before your package can be handed over.
Do You Offer International Shipping?

Ground shipping orders will be shipped for a flat fee of $9.99.
Ship to store orders will be shipped for $2 to any of our store locations for your convenient pick up.
