Return & Exchanges

Return Policy – Effective June 1, 2025

 

Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange, as outlined below. 

  

With the Original Receipt 
Present the original receipt within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange for the price paid on regular-priced or promotional items. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

  

With a Gift Receipt 
Present the gift receipt within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange for the price paid on regular-priced or promotional items. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card. 

  

Without a Receipt 
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without an original, gift, or e-receipt. 
Customers are responsible for retaining their receipt. 
All returned items must be unworn, in resalable condition, and have original tags attached. 

  

Items with Quality Issues 
Merchandise with manufacturing defects or quality issues (beyond normal wear and tear) may be returned within 30 days, with the original receipt, for a full refund to the original method of payment. 

  

Exclusions 
Earrings, bodysuits, and shapewear 

Clearance styles ending in .77 cents – final sale, not eligible for return or exchange 

Shipping fees, postage, and duty (if applicable) are non-refundable 

  

Returning an Online Order – In-Store 
The easiest way to return an online order is by visiting your nearest Ricki’s or Cleo store. It’s free, simple, and refunds are processed instantly. 

  

Please bring:

- The order slip or e-receipt 

- One piece of government-issued photo ID 

Returns received within 30 days of the order date will be refunded to the original credit card or issued on a gift card (as applicable). 

  

Returning an Online Order – By Mail 
Include the packing slip with your return and ship via a courier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returns received within 30 days of the order date will be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account. 
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Clearance items marked “Final Sale” or ending in .77 cents are not eligible for return. If returned by mail, these items will be forfeited and donated to charity.
