All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with the tags still on.
Changed your mind? That’s okay! We want every purchase to feel just right. We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges according to our guidelines, because shopping should always feel good.
 
With the Original Receipt
Online: Present the original receipt within 14 days of delivery date for a refund on items discounted less than 60% of the original price. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
In Store: Present the original receipt within 14 days of purchase for a refund on items discounted less than 60% of the original price. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
 
With a Gift Receipt
Online: Present the original receipt within 14 days of delivery date for a refund on items discounted less than 60% of the original price. Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card.
In Store: Present the original receipt within 14 days of purchase for a refund on items discounted less than 60% of the original price. Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card.
 
Without a Receipt
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without an original receipt, gift receipt or e-receipt.
Exclusions
Pierced earrings, bodysuits and opened packages of undergarments are non-refundable.
Items purchased at a discount of 60% or more are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

Returning an Online Order – In-Store
The easiest way to return an online order is by visiting your nearest Ricki’s or Cleo store. It’s free, simple, and refunds are processed instantly.
 
Please bring:
- The e-receipt
- One piece of government-issued photo ID
Returns received within 14 days of the order date will be refunded to the original credit card or issued on a gift card (as applicable).
 
Returning an Online Order – By Mail
Include the packing slip with your return and ship via a courier of your choice. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns received within 14 days of the order date will be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Clearance items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. If returned by mail, these items will be forfeited and donated to charity.
