How do I track my order?
Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you selected in-store pickup at a Ricki’s location, tracking information will also be provided by email.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@cleo.ca.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been placed online, it can’t be cancelled or changed as we begin to process your order immediately to get it to you as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What payment options can I use on Cleo orders?
Cleo.ca accepts the following payment options:
-Visa / Mastercard
-Visa Debit / MasterCard Debit
- Pre-paid Visa & Mastercard
-PayPal (coming soon)
- Sezzle (coming soon)
Can I use a gift card purchased before May 1, 2025?
As of May 1, 2025, Ricki’s and Cleo are operating under new ownership and as a newly incorporated company following the CCAA proceedings. Unfortunately, gift cards issued prior to this date can no longer be accepted for use in-store or online.
We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Gift cards purchased on or after May 1, 2025, can be used at any Ricki’s or Cleo retail location, as well as on our new ecommerce sites.
What happened to my old loyalty points?
Ricki’s and Cleo are now operating under new ownership and as newly incorporated companies following the CCAA proceedings. As a result, previous loyalty points before June 1st, 2025, or memberships from Ricki’s Fashion & Friends and Cleo My Connection no longer carry over and are no longer valid.
