What is the 30 Days of Dresses Giveaway?
It's time to get excited for the warm days ahead. What better way to start the season than with a new dress? We’re giving away one dress per day to thirty lucky winners, over the course of a month (thirty days).
Please take a moment to review all of the important stuff, like rules & regulations.
1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Cleo Fashions Inc. (Cleo), having offices at 2345 Argentia Road, Suite 102A, Mississauga, ON. We want to emphasize that making a purchase is not necessary to enter or win the contest. Your chances of winning will not increase with a purchase.

Our team will carefully review all submissions to ensure they comply with our guidelines.
Please note that there is a daily limit of one entry per day for a total of seven entries for the week. No purchase necessary. All entries become the property of Cleo. The contest starts Wednesday, May 1st, 2024, and ends Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST.
3. Drawing
One winner will be drawn each day for that day’s prize item. A total of 30 dresses will be given away over the contest period. Winners will be notified by email, so please ensure that your email address is correct. Winners will be announced weekly. Winners must answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize. The drawings will be conducted at 1530 Gamble Place in Winnipeg, MB, R3T 1N6.
4.Eligibility
The contest is open to *Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the first day of the month they enter the contest. Employees or agents of Cleo, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
*Contest is not open to residents of Quebec.
5. Prizes
Each day, we will award one prize to one lucky winner. The winner(s) prize consist of one (1) dress of their choice from cleo.ca. The item must be in stock to qualify. The value of the prizes are $59.99 and cannot be redeemed in cash. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and considered a final sale item. Cleo reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this contest at any time. If we have not received a response in 5 business days the prize is nulled.
6. Odds
The odds of winning a prize in each contest draw depends on the total number of qualifying purchase entries received, and the number of eligible, non-purchase entries for a given day.
7. Winner Notification/Prize Awards
If you are selected as a winner, we will notify you via email. To claim your prize, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance during a pre-arranged telephone call.
Sign and return our standard “Declaration and Release Form” within 5 days from the time the prize notification package is emailed. This form confirms your compliance with the contest rules and releases Cleo from any liability relating to the contest.
8. Additional Terms
By participating in the contest, you agree to these Official Contest Rules and the decisions made by Cleo Fashions Inc, which will be final in all respects. When you enter the contest, you release Cleo Fashions Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, administrators, employees, shareholders, agents, and insurers from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action that may directly or indirectly arise from your participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
Furthermore, if you win a prize, you agree to allow Cleo and its designees to use your name, voice, declarations related to the contest, likeness, photograph, city, and province or territory of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cleo shall not be responsible for any print or typographical errors in contest-related materials. We will not be liable for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible non-purchase entries, or for any postage-related issues with non-purchase entries. We also deny responsibility for any electronic data transmission issues, equipment failures, or other failures that may occur during participation in this contest. If, for any reason beyond our control, the contest cannot run as planned, including instances of fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause, Cleo reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, in whole or in part. Entries that are reproduced, fraudulent, illegible, altered, incomplete, or tampered with will be considered invalid.
Privacy Policy
By entering this contest, you consent to Cleo and its promotional agencies storing and using the personal information you submit for the purpose of administering the contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules. This includes sharing the names and cities/provinces of the contest winners on platforms such as our website and social media. We value your privacy and will oversee your information with the utmost care.
